Thank you for choosing our office for testing purposes. Each client will be tested individually in a quiet test room free from external distractions. Dr. Pierce works on an hourly basis, but you may choose the times that fit your schedule and make appointments with the office.
The total cost of testing is $840.00. The break-down of charges is as follows:
$180.00 for the initial consultation
$120.00 per hour of testing (most clients usually take 4 hours)
$180.00 for the feedback appointment
There will be a $25.00 records fee for each additional copy of Dr. Pierce’s final report or written letter requested after your feedback appointment.
We give our clients two options of how they would like to pay: private pay or insurance. The above payment break down is the insurance price. If you choose to pay for the testing privately, the total cost is $720.00 and we are more than happy to make a payment arrangement plan with you. You may use credit cards, debit cards, checks or cash to make any of your payments.
If you choose for us to file with your insurance company, please understand that you are ultimately responsible for the balance is that is unpaid. If your insurance company requires pre-authorization of testing, it also does not guarantee payment of services rendered.
